Our 200 hour program is Yoga Alliance certified under their elevated standards.
This training is aimed at establishing a solid foundation of knowledge so that a practitioner can deepen their understanding of this sacred tradition. This knowledge will include yogic philosophy, basic anatomy, understanding of the eight limb path, subtle body, and the fundamentals of leading a yoga class. Upon completion the trainees will be yoga alliance certified RYT200.
Our training is meant to be accessible to busy people with full lives! We meet for one 'long weekend' a month (Fridays 6-8, Saturdays 12-6, and Sundays 12-6) as well as Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30. Our next training begins in Fall of 2025.
