This training is aimed at establishing a solid foundation of knowledge so that a practitioner can deepen their understanding of this sacred tradition. This knowledge will include yogic philosophy, basic anatomy, understanding of the eight limb path, subtle body, and the fundamentals of leading a yoga class. Upon completion the trainees will be yoga alliance certified RYT200.
